Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery

SWYPE is an entirely digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All services — including subscription plans, premium features, and analytical dashboards — are delivered electronically through our web application and mobile apps immediately upon successful payment.

There are no shipping costs, no dispatch timelines, and no physical delivery addresses required to use SWYPE.

2. Delivery of Subscription Access

Once your payment is confirmed, access to your chosen subscription tier is activated instantly. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address containing:

  • Your subscription plan details and billing cycle.

  • A receipt / transaction reference number.

  • Instructions to access your dashboard.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Mobile Application

The SWYPE mobile application is available for free download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Distribution and “delivery” of the mobile app is governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective platform policies. SWYPE is not responsible for any delays caused by those platforms.

4. Service Availability

SWYPE strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. In the event of planned maintenance or unexpected downtime, we will notify subscribers via email and in-app notifications. Downtime does not affect subscription billing; prolonged outages may be compensated with subscription extensions at our discretion.

5. Geographic Availability

SWYPE services are currently available to users based in Pakistan. All pricing is displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users accessing the platform from outside Pakistan do so at their own discretion, and full feature availability may vary by region.
