At SWYPE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for our subscription plans and any in-app purchases. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Free Plan

SWYPE offers a free tier with no payment required. There is nothing to refund for users on the free plan. We encourage you to explore the free plan fully before upgrading to a paid subscription.

3. Paid Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription (monthly or annual), the following terms apply:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

  • After 7 days: Refunds are not available for the remainder of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current period.

  • Annual plans: Refund requests for annual subscriptions after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds for unused months may be granted at our discretion.

  • Renewals: Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within the eligible window:

  • Email us at support@swype.pk with the subject line "Refund Request".

  • Include your registered email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.

  • We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day refund window has passed.

  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) — please refer to their respective refund policies.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next period.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
