SWYPE is a digital platform offering subscription-based services for credit-card comparison, offer tracking, and financial analytics. Because all products and services delivered by SWYPE are entirely digital in nature, there are no physical goods to “return” in the traditional sense. This policy explains how returns (cancellations and reversals) work for our digital subscriptions and any in-app purchases.
All subscription plans — Free, Monthly, and Annual — are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. Access to premium features begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
7-day cooling-off period: You may cancel and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.
After 7 days: Subscriptions are non-returnable once the 7-day window has elapsed. You may still cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal charges: Renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
SWYPE’s free plan carries no charge and therefore does not qualify for any monetary return or refund.
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Subscriptions beyond the 7-day cooling-off window.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) — please refer to their respective return policies.
Promotional or discounted subscription plans marked as non-refundable at checkout.
To request a return or cancellation within the eligible window:
Email support@swype.pk with the subject line “Return Request”.
Include your registered email address, transaction ID or date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
Our team will respond within 3 business days.
Approved returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
SWYPE reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
